it offered a handy location near the river with beautiful views. The staff were friendly, and the meals at the pub were a good highlight. Although the room needed better cleanliness and soundproofing, the well-equipped amenities, such as a fridge and microwave, and nearby attractions like Grafton Regional Gallery made our overnight stop manageable.

The location right on the river offered stunning panoramic views from my room and the patio. The spacious room was impeccably clean, and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed several delicious meals at the pub, which were both high-quality and affordably priced.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The shower was a nightmare-grime caked on the floor and walls, and it reeked of bleach. The hot water shot out like lava, making it nearly impossible to use. Definitely not the refreshing wash I was hoping for!

I've gotta give props to the location-so convenient for walking to the nearby bistro and downtown! The views from my room were pretty nice too, which added a little charm to the stay. The heating worked well, and the bed was surprisingly comfy after a long day of meetings.
But, man, the place needs serious attention. The bathroom was kinda grimy, and I found hair in the shower. Plus, the air conditioning was outdated and didn’t do a great job. it felt really basic, and I left wishing I’d picked a different spot for my business trip.

my room featured a lovely balcony, where I relaxed with a stunning view, enhancing my overall experience.
Despite this, it did not significantly detract from my overall enjoyment.

The location by the river was lovely, and we enjoyed the view while relaxing in the garden area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay somewhat pleasant. The pub served great meals at affordable prices, but the cleanliness was disappointing. Unfortunately, the bathroom was filthy, and I had to clean surfaces myself. the nearby landmarks like Grafton Regional Gallery and Memorial Park were nice for family outings, making up for some of the shortcomings.
